Welcome to sheyzz toybox! Thanks for visiting my personal website where I share my interest in digital art and website design. Feel free to browse around using the navigation bar displayed under the header and again at the bottom of each page. It should be simple to find yourself around but feel free to let me know if you have any difficulties. Relax and go through the site at a leisurely pace. The site is always a work in progress. I frequently add new things to keep it fresh and up to date. I hope you enjoy your stay and will return often.

The computer is an essential tool that has opened the gateway for anyone wanting to create art whether it be using web design, photography, videography, illustration, animation, multimedia, and/or graphics design. According to Wikipedia, the definition of digital art is that it is an umbrella term for a range of artistic works and practices that utilize digital technology. Digital art commonly refers to creations done on a computer in digital form using photograph manipulation software (i.e., Paint Shop Pro, etc.). The computer age has enabled many such as myself to express their creativity through digital art forms.

sheyzz toybox started in 1998 and continues to be a work in progress. Many years later and I am still learning techniques to create digital images.  I not only continue to learn new techniques for creating digital images, I have learned how to design web sites.  It is now time to use the sheyzz toybox website as a showplace for both interests.  Most of what I have learned has been through tutorials offered on the world wide web for free by individuals who have similar interests.  I will share the links that are still in operation for those who want to learn in the same way that I did.  Unfortunately, not all of the websites are in operation and that information is no longer available.  As time passes, websites come and go.

Stepping Stones Through PSP is a yahoo group that offers lessons in steps so you can learn everything there is to learn about Paint Shop Pro. If you want to learn how the image manipulation software works, I suggest you join the group and work through the lessons at your own pace. The group assigns a moderator that works with you for the first four steps. It has been a great experience for me. I have worked with PSP for years and learned things I didn't even know in the few months that it took to complete the classes. To learn more about the Stepping-Stones-Through-PSP group, please visit their website here.

Thanks for your interest.  As always, if you have a question or comment to share, please feel free to send me an email.  My philosophy is that there are friends out there that I just haven't met yet, there are no strangers in my world.  This site has introduced me to many that are now lifelong friends.  Send me an email and lets get acquainted.

"Give, and it will be given to you. A large quantity, pressed together, shaken down, and running over will be put into your lap, because you will be evaluated by the same standard with which you evaluate others."
