Much of what I have learned about creating with Paint Shop Pro has been through following tutorials for tags, sometimes referred to as signature tags. The images used in most tutorials are 'tubes'. You follow the tutorial writer's instructions using different techniques in paint shop pro to create images. I have included the tutorial's website's link if it is still active on the internet for each tag. For those websites that are no longer on the web, I have attempted to locate the tutorial and provide you with a current link when possible.  It is very upsetting that most of the links are no longer working and these tutorials are now lost.
